Detect and wait
Sensors detect a visit. Cleaning starts after your cat has left and the programmed delay has elapsed. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for minimum cat weight and placement.
Separate the litter
Depending on the model, a rotating drum or another mechanism separates clumps from clean litter. Waste collects in a separate compartment. Use only compatible litter and the recommended fill level.
Keep checking
Check the litter box daily. Empty the waste compartment in good time and clean removable parts as instructed. Automatic does not mean maintenance-free.
